Shipping

1. The products purchased will be delivered to the person and the address indicated in the order.

2. By default, invoices are sent to the email address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase.

3. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no delivery or delivery of orders.

4. However, its delay does not imply either annulment of the order or compensation.

5. An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and it signs the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to check the status of the merchandise upon receipt and must indicate any anomalies at the time of delivery.

 Delivery times: 

- US, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Latin America: up to 48 hours.

Europe: 3 to 4 business days. 

- Asia and rest of the world: 4 to 5 business days. 

Shipments to other countries are subject to the customs regulations of the destination country. Import taxes can be applied and they will be paid by the buyer.

Cost: $50 USD

2. SERVIBOX Standard

 Delivery times:

USA: 10 to 15 working days.

- Rest of the world: 10 to 21 working days.

Return and Cancel Policies

• Returned goods

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at www.kaliinas.com within 3 days from the date of receipt.

You will not have to provide any explanation, any item, purchased at www.kaliinas.com, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado.

Within a maximum period of 10 working days from the reception of the return, MAS + DISEÑO S.A.S. Is committed to your refund.

Before making the return, you must notify the Customer Service department.

If the reason for the return was that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to the requested in the order, MAS + DISEÑO S.A.S will bear the costs of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will reimburse you the money, but not the shipping costs or the return charges.

• Cancellation of order

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the goods leave the customer will not have any expenses. In the event of a cancellation after the order is placed, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the cost of returning this same order.
